merh, feeling down today. overweight… i want abs.
I worked out THREE times yesterday with Beachbody workouts. I did two different Hip hop abs, which to me arent challenging after I have completed Insanity, I could climb to the top of fucking mt everest and never need a break.
But after I did those two Dvd’s, both 30 mins each… I decided to be ballsy considering I had so much damn energy from my delicious Shakeology breakfast, that I was going to end with Insanity “Plyometric Cardio Circuit” and after that I thought I would never stand up again.
today my back is sore as shit. its like the gods of fitness beat the hell out of me in my sleep for being dumb and overdoing it.
Oh well, no regrets. I want dem abs.
